Ground Hog Day, again

It must have been a very slow news day when Ground Hog day was invented.

Every ground hog day is much like the last; same story, same characters.

A famous farmer and part time philosopher, Jim Bittner of Appleton, NY, offers his own twist on the remaining winter weather predictions for Ground Hog Day.  Jim says confidently, "If the sun is shining there will be six more weeks of winter remaining.  If not, count on 42 days."
